Why attorneys work with us

Every project is handled by a senior attorney.

Florida-licensed attorneys with more than 30 years of combined litigation and appellate experience. No junior associates, no paralegals, no handoffs.

Signature-ready work.

We deliver finished documents, fully researched, cited, and formatted to the applicable court rules, ready for your review and signature.

Built for solo and small firms.

You get the research and writing depth of a large firm without adding an associate to payroll.

An extension of your firm.

Most writing services take the assignment, deliver the document, and move on. We pick up the phone, talk the case through with you, and remember it the next time you call. You'll know us by name, and we'll know your practice, your cases, and what matters to you. That's why nearly two-thirds of our clients send us more than one case, and many have been with us for years.

How it works

  1. Tell us about the case.Schedule a call and share your deadline and what you need.
  2. Get a clear scope and estimate. We confirm exactly what we'll deliver and when before any work begins.
  3. Receive signature-ready work. You review it, request revisions (if needed), and file.

Frequently asked questions

Who writes the work?

A licensed Florida attorney, every time.

Do you handle criminal appeals?

No. We handle appeals and litigation support in every area of civil law, but not criminal matters.

Will my client know you were involved?

No. We work behind the scenes and communicate with your client only if you ask us to. The work product is yours.

How fast can you turn around a brief?

It depends on your filing deadline and the complexity of the appeal. Whatever the timeline, we deliver with enough time for you to review the draft, request changes, and review the revised version before you file. Tell us your deadline when you reach out, and we'll confirm a delivery date before we begin.

How is pricing set?

Flat fees for the Case Strategy Audit ($600) and the Appeal Evaluation ($1,500). Briefs, motions, and research are billed hourly ($200 per hour standard, $275 per hour appellate), and you receive an estimate before work begins. See Rates & FAQ.

Do you use AI?

Yes, as a tool, never as the primary author. We've developed our own rules and instructions for how AI is used in our work, and an attorney verifies every citation, quotation, and legal proposition against the original source before anything reaches you. We also always conduct our own independent research, the traditional way. The analysis and strategy are ours, and every document is reviewed, edited, and finalized by an attorney before it goes out. AI helps us work faster; it doesn't replace our judgment.
